Colorize a Black/White Ansel Adams Image

 I took one of Ansel Adams pictures...
and made this. I wanted the leaves to be bright and red so it didn't just look like a normal leaf. I wish I captured more of the detail but this is how it turned out.

Create an animated .gif file

This is the gif I created. The story behind it is that a mango fell from a tree and grew legs, arms, and eyes. When it tried to walk away, a rock fell on top of him and smashed him. I was originally going to make a jake from adventure time but it didn't really look like him so I chose to make the main character into a mango. This is how it turned out in the end.
